Refund Policy
Effective date: December 12, 2025
Applies to all Tribu camps and retreats.
1. Deposit (Simple & Clear)
- A $200 USD deposit is required to reserve your spot.
- The deposit is 100% refundable at any time, up until the camp starts.
No Drama. No Risk.
2. Cancellations More Than 30 Days Before the Camp
If you cancel more than 30 days before the camp:
- You receive a refund of all payments made
- Minus taxes (approximately $100 USD, non-refundable)
You get back: everything you paid except taxes
3. Cancellations 30 Days or Less Before the Camp
Within 30 days of the camp, accommodations are booked and costs are fixed.
If you cancel within this period:
- The deposit is refunded
- Taxes are non-refundable
- Accommodation already booked for you is non-refundable:
- $300 USD (shared room), or
- $420 USD (private room)
You get back: everything you paid above taxes + accommodation
4. No-Shows or Early Departure
- If you do not attend, arrive late, or leave early, no refund is issued
5. If Tribu Cancels the Camp
- You receive a full refund of all payments, including:
- Deposit
- Taxes
- Accommodation
